Brief Introduction to the Conference
An inspiring afternoon dedicated to the topic of leadership in academia awaits you. The main theme of the conference will be inclusive leadership with an emphasis on working with different categories of employees according to age, life situation, and motivation. It may sound like one of many lofty phrases. But what if our intention is different? With this conference, we would like to raise questions related to leadership positions. "What challenges does it bring? Or "How do colleagues from other institutions approach us?
In two main blocks, we will welcome domestic and foreign speakers from academia, experts in the field of psychology, and the private sector. This will be followed by a moderated panel discussion with representatives of the Faculty of Science at Masaryk University, which will offer an authentic view of the challenges of leadership in our environment. Throughout the event, we would also like to present an training program that will accompany us until the end of the project.
We are preparing the conference and the planned autumn workshops for you in cooperation with experienced experts and educators from Azteka, s. r. o.
